I have been wanting to make this dish for sometime. I had it at a restaurant without the chicken. It was very tasty, but I later found out that cheese sauce was not only fattening but the ingredients read like a chemistry experiment. I knew there had to be a healthy, tasty way of preparing this dish. The picture you see is, what I was able to come up with. I personally would pay $13.99 or more for this dish.
