Toasted Whole Grain Bread with Natural Peanut, Apple Sauce, Banana and Cinnamon

This breakfast is a great way to start your morning on the right note. Not only is it simple to make, but it is nutritious, delicious, and filling. I have found that this meal, with a glass of almond milk, provides all the energy I need, throughout the early part of my day. 1. Whole Grain Bread.
2. Natural Peanut Butter. I grew up eating,  Smucker’s Natural Peanut Butter.
3. Organic Apple Sauce with no added sugar
4. Banana
5. Cardamom, Ground Coriander or Cinnamon.
